"6am drinking my Dunkin’ coffee sitting at a table by the deli hardly anyone around and security tells me this area is closed I have to move. twice during stay security guard is following homeless people in the casino one looked just possessed "

"The property is clean and very conveniently located as a stop on the monorail. The staff was amazing- always helpful and polite. Our only complaint was the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. We were in a newly renovated room, but it don’t seem that the bed was part of the renovation. "

"Rooms were out dated, checking in was a nightmare and it wasn’t even that busy. So there was no excuse for lack of assistance for using the kiosks for check in, paying, and room key self printing. No one told us that there were multiple parking areas that we could use to be closer to the tower we were in. Had to find that out on our own. And NO REFRIGERATOR IN OUR ROOMS"

"The shower didn’t work! The air conditioner was not the best. "

"When I booked the room it said it was a non smoking room, even when I checked in the front desk person asked me not to smoke in the room. But when my family and I walked inside the room it smelled like nothing but smoke inside, the sheets had cigarette holes everywhere, sheets also had hairs all over and had to request new ones."

"Great casino at a reasonable price. Nice restaurants, friendly staff, nice room, and a theatre. $3 beer and $5 blackjack. The casino is large, clean, professional and very nice, with lots of free parking. If you want a break from the madness of the strip or downtown, this is an excellent choice, at a very reasonable price."

"Pool wasn't open which was the reason we booked this resort- it was drained and there weren't blankets in the room, no housekeeping, phone in the room doesn't have a list of any information and no wifi without an additional purchase...this property photos must have been really old when it was thriving. There was a reason almost no one was booked there, except with rooms on top/beside us which you could hear all the plumbing struggling to keep up with the demand. There were literal holes in the floor in the bathroom and the toilet was sinking sideways into the floor, would not recommend or ever stay again. When there are literally the most options for hotels per capita- do yourself a favour and choose somewhere else!"
