This home is great for both friends or families to stay at together. There were plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained and the hot tub was amazing. This home is close to Smith Rock and plenty of restaurants.

The house was nice and clean! The towels and linen were fresh and clean! The kitchen was so nicely stocked with spices and dishes. We enjoyed the coffee in the morning sitting on the deck. The hot tub was so wonderful after a long day too! We will definitely come back here!

I did not love that this property was not as clean as could be. Beds were fine. However there was dusty places, light bulb out in bathroom, garbage left under sink.

Unclean when we arrived (dust, cobwebs, shower scum) uncomfortable beds and couch, no coffee filters. Locked out mid-stay with no text to provide a new access code or advance warning. Contacted a customer service agent who claimed Vacasa was not responsible. Pool was closed because someone pooped in the pool. Dirty and flimsy outdoor furniture.

The home was as listed and we enjoyed the location, however Vacasa did not clean it well. From dishes stuck to the cabinets to dirty towels and cracked dishes, to food and drips in the fridge. Vacasa reps were not helpful until we called regional rep who ended up refunding our cleaning fee. We will not be staying in a Vacasa managed property again. The home was beautiful once we cleaned it.

My friends and I stayed for 4 nights 5 days. We ran out of towels very quickly. It says it is capable of sleeping 10, we slept 8 and it became very crowded. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, cooking tools, and plates. The beds were comfortable, but rooms were small and didn't have a dresser to be able to unpack your things. The location was overall okay, the neighbors are very close so you have to be quiet if staying up late with friends. Grocery stores or anything outside of "Eagle Crest" is about a 25 minute drive. It is, however, very close to Cline Falls which is a beautiful nature park. Parking is tricky due to the location of the home, I highly suggest carpooling as much as possible, it was about a 1/2 mile drive to the overflow lot where any additional cars were to park (only room for 2 cars in the driveway and street parking is prohibited). Overall I think this house would be great for a small family traveling with grandparents or bringing friends along, not necessarily for a group of young friends to meet up and visit together.

The house was perfect for a little getaway with my husband. House was super clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was great- only thing it could use was for it to be covered but otherwise no complaints. Would stay here again.

This area and home were wonderful. The decor was awesome and it was well stocked and clean. The only reason for 3 stars and not 5 is because the upstairs king bed was horrible to sleep on. Although it was a new mattress it WAS NOT a memory foam bed like the ones downstairs. It was like sleeping on the floor. I had to actually sleep on the sofa in the loft to get a few hours of sleep while my husband went into military mode to tell himself that he has had to sleep on the dirt in Saudi, so the bed was better than that. It was so unfortunate because both of us had two lousy nights of sleep which made us feel less energized during our trip. I complained to Vacasa and they reached out to the resort or maybe the owner. Either way, we were told the beds were all new and memory foam, which the King Bed clearly was not. So Unless you like a king size mattress that feels like sleeping on a floor or you can do with the queen and twin beds only (which were nice), I would not stay here. The upstairs couch was nice but don’t bother with pulling it out to sleep on. The couch downstairs was also older and uncomfortable to sit on so I would not gamble on pulling that one out to sleep on either.

The house was fine. Nothing special but did the trick. The sofa couch was terrible, just springs pushing into our back. One bed was missing the bottom sheet. There was a minimum amount of towels. We has 9 people ( house allows 10) but you only get 6 pool passes.

A very nice unit which has 3 bedrooms and a hide-a-bed. There are only six passes for using the pool facilities so even though you can rent the unit for up to 8 or 10 people you cannot all use the facility at the same time. It is inconvenient but all else was great.

It was clean and well kept. The only recommendation we would have is to fire your property management company. They did not advertise the place correctly (has 2 bathrooms not 1) and they never responded to our questions.

The house had everything we needed for cooking and the amenities were great. We have stayed here before and loved it. Last time I gave a 5 star review but I couldn’t leave a 5 star review this time entirely because of Vacasa (the rental management). Vacasa made no attempt to communicate with us when our guest passes were not found by Eagle Crest staff- multiple phone calls and multiple emails later, it was cleared up (all initiated by myself). Checkin was easy enough but we were told we could check in at 4 (I have 2 confirmation emails with this time). However we were not able to access the house due to cleaning crews until after 5:00. Late check-in with no guest passes made for a rough start to our family vacation. Eventually it all worked out (after a 24 hour period and mostly of my own initiative) House gets 5 stars Vacasa gets 0

My group enjoyed their time at this house! It’s got all the basic amenities. The only issues that we had: the pull out couch beds are horribly uncomfortable (super thin mattress and very bumpy due to the metal frame underneath), the kitchen appliances/dish ware was old and could use a deep clean.

We enjoyed our stay but there were noticeable items that needed attention. The back deck railing was broken and unsafe. The beds were not comfortable, very hard. The pillows were also not comfortable. The towels were small and worn. When we looked for extra towels on Saturday morning we found them in the linen closet still damp. The downstairs shower did not drain in a timely manner. The seating in the living room wasn’t comfortable and not enough seating for our group of (6).
