"The property is conveniently located in a good area near eateries and a few blocks away from the space needle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little smaller than expected, but clean, well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop gives you a great view of the piers and City. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but it's within walking distance from various restaurants. The underground parking was a plus as well. We did experience a longer wait time than I would like for the elevators due to high traffic. I would definitely stay here again."

"So I came here after contacting expedia after telling them that I got kicked out of the other property and I booked in advance and what I booked on my Expedia did not match the receipt that I received after I was kicked out of the property for again being assaulted by man in the elevator at breakfast, another man from Union Trades stalking a Vitcim of abuse and Assualt. and then having the FBI and or local police called on me. "My first trip to Seattle. I expected a lot more from this hotel. But I was super disappointed. Parking is difficult at best. A block away. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, I was given a fan. The bathroom is so small you couldn’t turn around. Seems more like a $99 dollar a night kinda of place. Not recommended!"
