「All the staff were so friendly and helpful they really helped to make our stay. The chef came around in the mornings to check that we were enjoying the food and both the buffet and the speciality restaurants were really good. We particularly liked the Italian at breakfast and lunch as it was quieter than the main restaurant. There was plenty of food. 「Top Service! Top Management! Selten so freundliches Personal in Ägypten angetroffen! Egal in welchem Bereich des Hotel, alle freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Essen ist sehr gut und man hat eine gute Auswahl. Das Hotel entspricht, bzw. übersteigt seine Sterne Bewertung! Fitness Studio sehr gut ausgestattet, Strand sehr gepflegt. Zimmer angemssen.
