We were so lucky to have met the most lovely concierge who made our check in process the best. He was so accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and cute. Great location to walk to the train station so you can get anywhere. Also a cute downtown nearby with lots of great food options for a quick snack. Would stay here again, definitely recommend!

All staff were very friendly and efficient including reception staff, breakfast staff and the chambermaids. The man on reception who had been at the hotel for 25 years was fantastic and very good at hus job. He answered lots of our questions and made our stay extra special.
Breakfast was first class.
Would recommend the hotel.

Check in and check out was quick and efficient. Staff including front desk and breakfast were friendly. The room was clean and the hotel is in a prime location. I would go here again.
