"The area around the pool wasn't cleared overnight with towels left behind by guests. The toilets by the restaurant wasn't cleaned. However, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the choices of food were amazing. Credit to the kitchen crew for the delicious food. Also, credit to the young intern from Bali.
