「Awful. I stayed at Apart-Hôtel Le Pic de l’Ours and had a very frustrating experience. The hotel advertises WiFi, but in reality it only works in a small part of the building. As I was there for work, this made my stay unworkable. I contacted reception to explain I needed to leave early, but received no response. When I finally spoke to someone (reception is rarely staffed), a refund was refused despite the misleading information. The accommodation itself felt tired, with noticeable noise from...

「Such a beautiful, calm and functional hotel. Well designed and in an excellent location. The swimming pool is perfect and we loved the parking space system. A simple phone call to lift the barrier. Very helpful staff and good WiFi. Highly recommend it.」

「A long-established entity with what looks like a basic clientele of spa-using individuals on the older end of the spectrum. We didn’t have an opportunity to ‘take the waters’ but the outdoor pool (32c) looked inviting. Room was small but lovely views. 「Séjour d’une semaine à Formiguères qui s’est très bien et très vite passé! La maison est très agréable à vivre, un séjour assez spacieux ça fait plaisir! Les chambres sont munies de rangements suffisamment grands pour ranger les affaires surtout les vêtements de ski !La famille qui nous a accueilli a été très sympa et réactive, on a pu visiter également leur bergerie, les enfants ont adoré! Merci pour l’accueil, je recommande vivement!」
