"Perfect Autumn weekend getaway. Very nice cabin had everything we needed for our weekend. So much beauty to see in the area and this was a wonderful base camp. The bar & grill around the corner has a delicious Friday night fish fry and perfect place to watch the Brewers win game one of the World Series. When it says rustic though keep in mind there is no TV or internet at the cabin. I was so glad to disconnect and it was a plus for us, but it wasn’t spelled out. The beds are firm so if you are a soft bed princess like me, bring a pad with your bedding. We made it to a couple wineries in the area…Yum! And the Amish Walmart was a must experience. Thank you for the recommendation! So, if getting away from the hustle and getting back to nature is your thing. This cabin will not disappoint."

"Ed was very knowledgeable and interesting. He gave us several great suggestions for places to visit and eat. He also offered us a tour of his property on his 4 wheeler, which was a lot of fun. I was able to feed the animals from the corn that grew on his property, too. Be sure to visit with him if you get the chance. The accommodations are part of Ed's house in the country. It's laid back and rural-not spotless but homey. :)"

"The whole house was very welcoming. Mary, the owner and hostess, was there when I arrived and gave me "the Grand Tour". I pretty much had the whole downstairs to myself. Breakfast was amazing, and Mary and I had a very nice conversation. I would definitely go back if the occasion arises."
