Very friendly owner. Clear instructions were given ahead of time. Communication was excellant. Pretty cozy little room with a view and a real fireplace. Close to Lyme Regis beach. Will book again!

We had a window and it was sizeable. Did not stay for breakfast, but the coffee was good. Staff were very good and friendly. They made us feel at home. Room was very tidy and neat. Room was adequate but the sloping floor was uncomfortable. My husband is an artist but was unable to use the desk as it was placed on a narrow plinth and the sloping floor made it impossible to move.
