Frangipani large pool villa - garden, BBQ & maid

Villa Frangipani is perfectly situated in the beautiful, quiet & safe neighborhood of Nai Harn. Surrounded by the lush vegetation is a tranquil retreat. In this neighborhood you can find many trendy coffee shops, bakeries, & restaurants, including the island famous Le Celtique. We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully enjoy this island and villa.

The main entrance leads to the living room that opens fully to the pool. The living room has a flat screen TV with a surround sound system, large sofas and fan. The kitchen is European style with full appliances, cutlery and dish ware.
The entire villa is set on the ground floor, next to the main area the first bedroom has a queen bed, closet, AC and black out curtains. A large desk with an armchair can be used to work with the high speed Wi-Fi. Bathroom is adjacent with a separate bathtub and shower.
Master bedroom is set to the other end of the living room and offers a full pool view. Other two bedrooms feature king size beds, closets and en-suite bathrooms. Fourth and fifth bedrooms are en-suite as well and have independent access.
The garden is beautifully landscaped and features many trees and bushes. Swimming pool is large and inviting, sun loungers are set to enjoy Thailand weather.
The outdoor patio is covered, includes a dining area, refrigerators, stovetop, sink, burners and a wooden pizza oven. We also have a new BBQ grill for you to cook and enjoy the meals together with your friends and family. Please note the grill should be stored under cover to avoid rusting and cleaned before your departure (otherwise charges apply). There is a gated garage with automatic doors.
Daily housekeeping is already included in the rate. The maid will clean and make an amazing breakfast for you on request. The cost of the groceries for breakfast and any other shopping requested is not included in the rate and will be charged with a shopping-delivery surcharge of 15%.
Electric usage 50 kw/day is included in the price, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Late check in is available on request.
