"Property was neat and clean. Spacious for our 3 families and 2 dogs. Kitchen and bathrooms contained all articles we needed. We cooked all of meals there with no need to go out for anything. Host was very responsive to all questions in a timely manner. Would consider using them again if returning to the area. Price was reasonable too."

"I want to be VERY clear, this is a nice house, great location and we enjoyed our stay. With that said, the house needs maintenance, some TLC. I had to contact the renter several times about certain things because I didn't want to get charged for it, and the renter was great in communicating with me. The patio furniture needs updating, the living room sofa is stained, 2 knobs on the stove were completely broken in which I could not reattach, knobs on various cabinets are loose (I actually tightened some of them myself), therewasn't enough hot water for my wife and I to each shower, and we had 3 teenage boys with us, we really had to schedule showers. Something has to be wrong with the hot water heater. That sounds like a lot, but they are easy fixes. "
