「Helpful staff」

「The staff was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The room was clean. The price was overly expensive. The breakfast left much to be desired. The room is had was huge. However there was zero storage, a closet The size of a breadbox, and a small bathroom. The pull out couch was stained and we couldn't use it. 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners were left total for a week stay for 4 people. Fortunately i had my own. Housekeeping did not stop by and we had to track down fresh towels half way...

「A male staff when I arrived was not too friendly, and yet supportive when I wanted to call a cab next morning from the hotel. .」

「It was our second time staying at Grey Pine Lodge. We had a king room on the second floor. Everything was perfect - clean room, comfortable bed, no issues with the door lock like we had on the previous stay.」

「Very run down and a musky smell everywhere. Worse place I’ve ever been to.」

「It was convenient had wawa and Sheetz nearby」

「The place was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The view was amazing. The only issue we had was when we asked where it was. We were told Nellysford and didn’t really understand that it was part of the Wintergreen resort so it was much further away from our actual destination. But the place was really amazing. We would stay there again.」

「Room was dated but clean. Staff helpful. Breakfast was good」
