Great customer service. The area was commercial and was safe . Unfortunately Seattle is just not a safe area anymore but they did have police on premises and the hotel was very safe. The best hotel in Seattle!"

Finally, it is within walking distance to many attractions such as the Space Needle, Pikes Market, etc., and is only about 30 mins....
