However, a basic cleaning schedule would have been appreciated...not cleaned at all during our 10 day stay, & had to ask for clean lining & towels 6th day into our stay (even then top bed sheets & bathmat were not changed, however owner was most apologetic when approached, & immediately rectified the situation). "This is an expensive hotel which does not disclose all charges in advance. At checkout we were charged a service fee of 10% for every drink and meal purchased despite having already tipped the staff at time of service. Then we copped 20 euro per night for car parking in the hotel's own basement car park which was listed as "included"."

"Amazing hotel. Very clean and modern. Huge gym. Close to harbour and very close to amenities. On site parking. Very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Would come back in a heartbeat!"

"It is an amazing resort and cost is reasonable. Travel may to June or in September. I would go back there with a week stay. Break fast included and extremely high quality and top level service. Restaurants for lunch and Dinner not my type though but there are very good restaurants in walking and some in driving distance. You can get there through Dubrovnik Airport and use a local driver to go there early morning to avoid border delays."

"A beautiful hotel in an exceptional location, perfect for exploring the city. We did experience a misunderstanding with our room upon arrival and were initially given the wrong room. However, the issue was fixed and we were moved to the correct room on our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attentive and courteous staff."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ollie's (family of 4 with two teenage kids)! Staff was very helpful, incredible view to the bay from the room, which is very modern. Restaurant was excellent; the only detail is that we had a dinner that took a pretty long time to be prepared, but we were not in a hurry. Breakfast was wonderful: besides a lot of good options, the room has huge windows where we could soak in the beautiful environment. Made us want to stay just to enjoy it! We loved the two decks with lounge chairs, umbrellas and access to the bay water across the street, and had a good time basking in the sun on them. Location is fine due to the view. It's not super close to the most interesting spots, but it didn't really matter to us because we were planning to drive anyway. The under-hotel garage worked well and was easy to park. Highly recommended! (Just be prepared for the dreadful traffic in Kotor, if you are going to drive)."
