「We stayed five nights at the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort with my wife and teen daughter in a luxury suite to wrap up our extensive Egypt trip. The room was beautifully furnished with 3 balconies providing 270 degree view. The property’s true strength is its beautiful beach and sunset views. The main shortcomings is a very limited number of restaurants (2) which is rather unusual for such a sprawling resort. All in all, an excellent stay.」

「Much better than average in Hurghada」

「We loved the property and staff was very friendly. But the shower in our executive room with private pool was so clogged - it flooded the entire room . It seems it wasn’t cleaned or fixed for a long time before us. Also food in restaurants with à la carte menu was not very good. Avocado salad was not edible, for example. But overall, we had a pleasant stay and staff was lovely.」

「I would give this resort 5 stars but the air conditioning in our room was broken for 5 hours on our last day before check out and it is very hot in Egypt. I contacted reception about this but they told us it was a local emergency and they were unable to do anything about it which was disappointing as the room quickly became very hot while we were trying to pack up before leaving. Other than that this resort was great, you could access anything from the other sunrise resort next door and the à la...

「I highly recommend this hotel for family. - Everything you need for your family is at here. - The staffs can speak both German and English, and they are kind. - "All inclusive" is quite convenient. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, drinks(including alcohol) and snacks at bars(at pool side, at beach, at entrance), entertainments, are included in it. - Makadi Water World in the Iberotel hotel area is also very nice ! - You can get to the Iberotel Makadi private beach by foot. The red sea is very...

Note dolenti: profumo...

「The check-in process was really smooth and easy. Mr. Amr and the manager Mr. Mina were able to take our disabilities into account and ensure that our needs were met. The food was excellent all of the servers and the wait staff and the support staff were amazing! Our rooms were tidied and cleaned every single day, and there was never request that we made that they didn’t immediately take care of. They are amazing! My son had a medical emergency on the trip and the hotel staff, including Mr....

「Hôtel trés bien, piscine, animation, organisation au top. Mais niveau nourriture tout est à revoir.」
