「We couldn't even check in: the automated system found our booking but said "Sorry your room isn't available". But we'd already paid + booked and gotten confirmation. It was about 10pm, and there was nobody at the property to talk to. Luckily a neighbor walking past knew the owner's phone number, and called him. He answered and was very friendly but said he wasn't nearby, and gave us the phone number of someone named "Jacqueline" who was supposed to be nearby and could help... but nobody answer...

「The staffs are so welcoming and The breakfast was simple rather than fancy, yet it carried the cozy atmosphere of my home. I am so satisfied with staying at this hotel.」

「Top douche!

「The free lounge was comfortable and the bath shower was great.」

「I had a little bit of trouble in getting the reservation number in a timelymanner, which was necessary to activate the Bern "welcome" card, which is different from the Expedia one. Butafter a couple of requests, I got it over a phone call, just before getting on a tram, so no problem after all, but maybe for some people it might be stressful to ask many times, so it might be better if you could provide the number more systematically (a friend who stayed at a different hotel received it...

「Superior room is renovated and good. Standard room is not renovated and old fashion. Better to book the superior room if I book with their room rate.」

「Hotel location is very close to city by train, which I can get a free train ticket at reception. 」
