In the apartment you will have a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), and a living room with an open kitchen, dining table and a sofa bed with a mattress (120x190cm). The apartment is furnished with: fridge, dishwasher, toaster and nescafe machine, bathtub(shower only while seated), air conditioning, HD Smart TV , high speed Wi-Fi connection, washer and dryer and a small oven, in addition, of course, everything you need for cooking.
The apartment has 5 windows so it will be easy, to open them, to have a quick and complete change of air.
You will also find a couple of bookcases with tourist guides, travel and sea books and novels in Italian and some also in English

When you get out of the apartment, on your right you will find the market square and on your left via Mazzini, the high street with all its nice shops. If you pass the shops and keep walking straight, after 50 mt you will find yourself on the beautiful promenade by the sea, one of the most beautiful of the Riviera, with its historic buildings, restaurants and bars. In the middle of the promenade, it is possible to find the pier with ferries that can take you directly to Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, San Fruttuoso, Camogli, Cinque Terre, Portovenere, and Genova (Acquarium). If you walk until the end of the promenade you will reach the characteristic castle dating back to the 16° Century where art exhibitions are always organized. On both sides of the promenade there are private and public beaches with bars and restaurants, whereas if you turn right when you leave the apartment you can walk to the train and bus station for any other destination.

2025 rules update
According to the municipal rules, each guest staying from March 1st to October 31st is required to pay a tourist tax equivalent to 2.50 euros per person for each day from the 1st to the 10th day after which it is no longer required.
