The owners offered us help in so many ways, such as recommending us a bilingual tour guide and even lending their phones to contact the coordinator, undertaking laundry and boxing breakfasts when we had to go out early in the morning. 「部屋も広く、清潔で快適でした。海岸沿いの賑やかなところからは１５分程度離れた場所だが、近くにローカルのマーケットもあります。キッチンもしっかりあります。」

On the first day, the staff provided a kind and thorough explanation, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The thoughtfully arranged amenities were also impressive. 「Lovely hotel and grounds very close to harborfront. My private room was very large, a/c and hot water worked well. Breakfast was good with eggs cooked to order, plus fruit,bread,juice, and coffee. The staff were very friendly, and arranged for a taxi up to Baltra for me. I will miss Lava,the playful and cute hotel doggie!」
