The cabin itself was super clean! and Cozy, perfect name for the place. Stocked full of everything you need for a great stay at the lake. And then you have the dock! 「This is our third year in a row renting this cabin. We enjoy the quiet and relaxing cove. It is a good distance from the town, so make sure you take what you need. The boat dock is GREAT and accommodates our ski and Jon boat. We bring our paddleboard and enjoy paddling through this cove. The owners have 2 kayaks you can use as well. 」

「Our family rented 2 houses for a reunion, but this house was our gathering place. It has an amazing level yard (rare to find) which made it easy for all ages to get to the dock and enjoy the lake. The house had everything we needed for a fantastic time! It is very clean and well stocked. Brad was very helpful with any questions we had and gave us some fun spots to visit on the lake. We highly recommend this home.」

「This stay was perfect, and included full run of the upstairs portion of a house nestled in a nice neighborhood near the heart of Carrollton. 「The house is the perfect place for a quiet, but fun getaway to the lake. You can rent boats/jetskis near by and the water is crystal clear! About a 20 min drive to town. Restaurants were fantastic, definitely go to Boondocks and Hacienda. We had Fun antiquing downtown and in surrounding towns as well. Will be back with the family next time. 」
