"Very disappointed that the hot tub and pool were shut down and was not informed about or I would not have picked this hotel! Not happy"

"Beautiful hotel! The room and the bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. They don’t provide many towels in the bathroom, but you can always ask for more! All staff we encountered were friendly - front desk, lounge, restaurant, and dining room. The breakfast menu in the dining room had a lot of gluten-friendly options. The lounge had excellent cocktails, supper at the Burrow was lovely, and breakfast in the dining room was delicious. There were lots of spaces for paid parking. Two complaints: 1) the hot tub was too hot and the jets in it were too strong, and 2) the walls in our room were thin, so we could hear the neighboring guests talking late into the night. "

"2 staff members didnt know there was a dedicated dog run area with dog bags. One was extremely rude when i let him know as its a huge benefit to dog owners traveling."

"Check in was very efficient, and the room was spacious. However, the stains on the sofa and the uncomfortable bed were disappointing. I expect better for the rate on this room. The bathroom, shower etc., was good. "

"Room was very clean and spacious. The Jacuzzi was excellent with ample hot water and minimal fill time with good water pressure and the jets and timer worked excellent "

"The location of the hotel is right beside the Pasqua hospital. They have a better rate if you have someone in the hospital and are really good with accommodating your time based on doctors decisions. We didn’t really use the amenities but the complimentary breakfast was excellent. "
