The staff was excellent everything was great but unfortunately the smart TVs that they have is connected to Wi-Fi therefore you cannot use the Netflix icon that does not show up on the screen. Now that was a bummer because the local channels are no good

Parking was easy, but there were holes cut in the chain link fencestaff was helpful and the place was as expected for the price. The elevator was scary... On the way up there was a loud thud with a jolt that felt like the thing was going to fall to the bottom floor... The other issue was that they do not have an ice machine... Only an icemaker in the fridge in the room and the ice maker in our fridge did not work, so we had to buy ice and lug it up to the room.
