One of 16 unique apartments in a beautiful spot at a historic site built in 1925. Located in the lovely Trinity park neighborhood just steps away from downtown and right across from Duke University east campus, making this the perfect place for the complete Durham experience.

Best place to stay convenient to everything. Great host,lovely room,peaceful comfortable Great walking across the street from your room. Lots of food choices around the area

The room itself was okay, the bed a bit lumpy. It got very hot in the room in the middle of the night and we could not get the air conditioner to come on, and the the unit fan did little help. Also, the area leading to the parking lot of the building was quite littered with trash. The location is quite nice, being near East Campus.
