「Cependant très très déçu avec Ebookers!!!! J’ai 📞 aussi parlé avec le manager ( Aron? ) qui parlait très mal anglais!! ( sa langue maternelle était l’espagnol) il nous avait promis de nous rappeler et trouver une solution à notre problème!!!! Rien !!! Il n’a jamais rappelé. Je suis très déçu.. c’est comme ça que vous traitez un membre Platinum ???? J’attends un retour de votre part . Salutations Lionel 」

「Hotel uses historic building and very good atmosphere but I must say service level is not at professional level. I asked to bring towels to my room but it took two hours after I called twice. There is very limited items in the room and I had to ask for glasses to drink wine. There is swimming area just in front of the hotel but drains from somewhere (maybe from the hotel) make the whole area stink….」

「This hotel was 200/100. We had a special occasion in Montenegro and notified the hotel in advance - they made us feel so special. Excellent customer service, cleanliness, free drinks, room decor, free bus rides to tourist sites - everything was spectacular! What I loved most was the views - you get to see the sun rise against the sea. It was also very peaceful and not crowdy when we went. Will definitely return if we find ourselves here again and would recommend 100%. 」

「Das Hotel besticht mit seiner einzigartigen Lage über den Dächern von Perast und Blick auf die Bucht von Kotor. Besonders genießen kann man dieses Ambiente von der Frühstücksterrasse. Außerordentlich bemüht zeigt sich zudem das gesamte Personal, ob Manager, Rezeption, im Service oder der Reinigung, jeder Einzelne ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht, den Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen. 「Forza Terra is a very nice property directly in the Bay of Kotor and a 25 minute walk from old town Kotor. Service was great and staff was always available. Our room had a very nice view of the bay, but it was little small so was a but cluttered with our 2 weeks of luggage. The spa was nice and the restaurant was good, but expensive - there are nearby options with very good value. The beach area had nice chaise lounges, ample towels and a protected swimming area. 」
