"Check in was super quick and easy, staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel in general is modern and stylish with good character. Our room was nice, we paid more to have a bigger room but actually it was too big, almost echoing. Walls were plain, needed some more furniture to fill the space. Our room was nice and warm when we turned the heating on. However our bathroom was always very cold. Overall, was a very pleasant stay. "

The restaurant on the roof is excellent and our waiter gave us great recommendations for what to do in Florence. The breakfast in the morning is superb and was a great way to start the day. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor but minor issue who cares! Love this hotel!"
