And everything was spotless and the service was fantastic. I live nearby I will be frequently scheduling guests to stay there when they come to visit me."

First they were unable to find my reservation and when they did find it they said the computer could not check us in trying to tell me that I didn’t pay for my hotel when I CLEARLY showed the front desk clerk ( who clearly has 0 customer service skills) my confirmation email that clearly stated cash upon arrival. When asked to speak to a manager was also rude. Expedia was called and spoke with clerk and I was told by clerk Expedia couldn’t resolve issue and...
