「Great new hotel」

「Breakfast was not included but could be added. Free coffee in the lobby though. Parking was not free though the parking ramp is beside the hotel which is a plus. I did appreciate the great views of the lake and the walk on the harbor. The indoor pool area was nice- a good size and very doable for kids. Hot tub was fine too. The room was huge and just right really. 」

「The hotel is really clean. The rooms are nice. The staff are all awesome. Kiarra on 1st shift is very kind and amazing with kids. Jo on 2nd shift is so nice and will make sure you have everything you need. 3rd shift is really nice as well. No complaints at all. 」

「5年前くらいの宿泊の際にはもっとしっかりした重厚感のあるホテルだったのに、買い取られて改装したらすごく安っぽいホテルになっていました。朝食もハム、ソーセージ、卵の無い寂しい限りのもので、コロナ禍の時の影響かとは思われましたが、これで朝食(無料）付きなら仕方ないかと思っていたら、若いアルバイト風のお兄さんに８ドル請求されました。今後、団体で泊まることも視野に入れての宿泊でしたが、はこのホテルは使えないなと思いました。」

「This is not even a 1 star hotel .I booked this hotel because it was close to our school .When we arrived it was filthy. The room was in very poor shape ,sink was falling apart, the heater didnt work ,bed was hard so many things .My employee tried to get another room but nothing was available so the hotel said .He stayed the night sleeping in his clothes to stay warm and not to touch the nasty bed spread. The next morning he told the front desk about the problems and asked again to move they said...

「Parking was good. No hot tub. All areas were very clean. Staff was friendly and attentive to needs. Breakfast was fresh and hot and good. Business friendly too. Clean room and comfortable mattress. 」

「Unfortunately there are few options in downtown Kenosha for staying overnight. You can stay here where they have made some upgrades but have done shoddy work. The drywall work is touch and patchy, the towel hangers come off the wall. Or you can stay at the Stella where the mattresses are like stone. The staff is great. But management and maintenance should step it up with their contractors on their upgrades. Or reduce the rates to meet expectation. 」

「Definitely not a non-smoking hotel if you count marijuana smoking an absolute annoyance. The "stink" was horrible when we arrived. If it wasn't 9:30pm, we would have left immediately and forfeited our 2 night non-refundable pre-payment. Please enforce the non-smoking of all kinds if you value customers that take care and respect the places where we stay」
