The hotel was very nice and the lady that checked me in was very helpful. We were only staying for one night and it looks like an excellent spot to jump on the public transportation. The only downside, which I knew going in, was that the rooms do not have air conditioning.

Old design, and inconvenient hotel

Excellent staff, amazing massage in the spa, the most comfortable bed. A welcome reprieve after a troubled flight and unexpected overnight on our trip.

This hotel is not that close to the airport. I don't know how it can be called the aoirport hotel. The front desk is not that attentive. I like hotels that has 24/7 front desk operation. This hotel's front desk closes after 10:30pm, but even when it is open it is almost non existent. The room do not have a coffee machine or a kettle to make tea. I wish I had a kettle in the room. I also did not realize that I had to turn on the knob on the heater in the room. I slept in cold the first night, as there were no front desk to call and ask why the room was cold. I was not told (when I checked in) that I am myslf responsible to turn the heat on in the room.

Clean, well situated and good breakfast. There was however a shortage of front desk staff. When we arrived there was a 15 min wait until a staff member showed up.
