Pleasant stay

Nice new hotel in a good location for business or pleasure. Very reasonably priced compared to some of the larger hotels in the area. Breakfast was basic but sufficient.

落ち着けるホテル

チェックインの時から、スタッフの細やかな配慮があり印象が良い。ホテルの規模が大きくないためか、とても落ち着いた雰囲気で過ごせた。客室の床が板張りというのも気に入りました。室内のアメニティも気配りが感じらえた。

Friendly, comfortable, well located

Hotel Zen provided a comfortable stay for our group as we came & went from Quito during our stay. Conveniently located near the busy Mariscal district, we found everything we wanted within walking distance from the hotel. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and service from the entire staff was courteous, attentive and much appreciated. Neighborhood eateries, cabs and/or Uber arrangements and assistance with anything that arose during our stay...all accomplished with a friendly smile. I will be back on my next visit to Quito!

The staff and their friendliness were outstanding. Our room was kept very clean and breakfast was always supplied with a good variety of fruits with the breakfast menu. If the hotel had a good restaurant that served dinner as well as breakfast that would be a welcome addition to the stay at the hotel.

Отличный номер с видом

Нам очень понравилась гостиница. Чистая, новая, номер был на 7-м этаже с видом на город. Обслуживание выше всяких похвал. Персонал всегда старался помочь. Завтрак вкусный. Также мы организовывали трансфер из аэропорта до гостиницы и обратно. Цена была дешевле, чем если бы мы ехали убером.

Business Hotel with great staff.

Stayed 5 nights at this business hotel. Pros: Room and bathroom were comfortable, modern and clean. Good location with plenty of restaurant options three blocks away. Staff were fabulous! Especially Angel. Also Ricardo a driver recommended by hotel was excellent! He took us on day long tours to volcanos and other interesting sites. Cons: Breakfast was bellow average served in unattractive room without windows. Tiny lobby. Not sure why the hotel name includes the word Zen? This is definitely a business hotel.

Highly recommend Quito hotel

Outstanding stay over three days. Well-located modern comfortable hotel in Quito. Great selection of restaurants and bars within 10 minutes in several directions. Also, huge supermarket 5 minutes away.
