"Nicely nestled in the wooded pastures on the East side of Caney Creek Arm, very good for bass fishermen/women with boat and truck. Good parking and close enough to the new ramp across the bridge. SBRA 6 lane boat ramp."

Great family vacation
"We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the games, old movies, fishing, hammock, fire pit, birdwatching, and rural environment. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Communication with Sam was great. Would stay here again. Family favorite."
