Cons- Convenient central location, walkable and closed to many sights. Pros - However, it is not 5* hotel, room is extremely small (we have deluxe double room); for 2 people there was only one chair and a very small desk; No space to keep your clothes. We stayed 6 nights and it was very uncomfortable to walk around our luggage suites as there is no space to place the luggage as well. I would rate this hotel as 3-3.5* the most.

Staff was young and inexperienced. Common areas are very nice but the rooms are extremely dark. Very poor lighting.

I love this place! If you are planning to go to Sintra you should make a stop here! Only 10-15 mins walk from the train station but it's worth it! This is like a little Versailles!
