"It was a bit noisy at night time, but that just added to the lively atmosphere! The ladies chatted all night till 3am - no soundproof walls. Unfortunately, the linens weren't quite ready when we checked in, but maybe the laundry facility was just a bit behind schedule. Despite that, the place was clean. The breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were absolutely fantastic!"

"Diana Monteiro really went above & beyond by making our hotel room a priority for cleaning to check-in early. I literally booked the hotel same day arrival into Porto. She even wished me a happy birthday and arranged a very thoughtful note and brownies wishing me happy birthday. The hotel was always so clean, smelled nice, safe, quiet, unbeatable location to shopping, cafes, restaurants, all staff so friendly. Loved the pool!"
