"Extremely clean room, very upgraded, shower good pressure, bathroom very nice. Bed super comfy. Staff very attentive, gave good recommendations for dinner. Very close to beach, restaurants, shopping. One of the best European hotels I've stayed at. Fitness center great wirh free water. Welcome juice in lobby everyday. Refrigerator in room very helpful. Wonderful stay."

"had a fab 6 nights at the hotel ,smooth check in from helpful staff , didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that but we did eat a few times at the rooftop pool and bar which was good the staff working on the rooftop bar were all excellent but special mention goes to Marressa who was not only brilliant at her job but allways with a smile a 100% asset for the hotel the rooms were clean and serviced every day will definitely be back"

"Great location, perfect roof top terrace and pool. Very helpful staff we were able to store our luggage for the afternoon and spend time around the pool before our later flight. Also breakfast had nice selections and 11:30 am Check out is great. Only suggestion for staff to realize language difference. We bought tickets at hotel for sightseeing bus and directions to TOUR bus stop were not helpful. Third time the lady there understood (after we asked her colleague 2x) and helped us find the correct location. Down by the Douro River"
