「This old-fashioned guest house is a lovely place to stay in the central Durban area. We really appreciated the ease of getting around -- easy access to many good things. The owners are friendly, and the staff are outstanding. We enjoyed our stay very much.」

「空港から近く移動は楽でした。レストランはブッフェ以外ではインド料理(?)だけだったので単品注文のレパートリーが増えると良いと思いました。」

「Their staff is very friendly and helpful. Also the view from the top (you will have breakfast there) is amazing.」

「Staff was incredibly helpful expect for a lady by the name of Thobile at front desk as well as her front desk manager , I asked for assistance to add another stay and they said they could but was very rude and not helpful at all ! Refused to give me an extra card and only wanted me to get me card for my second stay even though I said I was adding an extra person , after saying I was adding an extra person and she charged me she said she needed to charge again cause she didn’t hear me say I was...

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, oats, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more. The bed was very comfortable and had a nice and varm duvet. The amenities in the apartment are very good, clean, and well-maintained for a self-catering stay. The reception ladies were very warm and welcoming; it was like coming home. They reacted immediately to any concern or request; their professionalism is of the highest level. The view of the harbour and passing...

「Great locationIt was a good relaxed and quite stay. Host is welcoming and very helpful. I certainly will be booking for my next stay in the city. I can’t rate excellent, as there is always a room for improvement. I recommend Mackaya Guest Hiuse! 」
