"First time to Paris, this hotel did not disappoint. Their customer service is exceptional, the door man to the front desk, restaurant staff everyone was amazing. The food was excellent so was room service. We were amazed by the heated toilet seat and towel rack especially as it was cold in Paris. I will definitely stay here again. Close to all brand name shopping, mall and walking distance to the Louve and many more places. Subway and hop on hop off bus across the street. Very convenient. "

"The studio my college roomie and I had for 8 days was PERFECT. It was spacious with a large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and coffee and tea in the lovely lobby. Numerous restaurants, bakeries, et al within walking distance. Moulin Rouge was a 1 min walk. "Staff here were so incredible, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Allyson allowed us to check-in early which was appreciated especially with the jet lag. I wish I took more names down as everyone went above and beyond. The experience was so lovely I will definitely be booking with citizenM again in the future. The metro is so close by, access to main lines in Paris, super easy to get around. Only downside was room was a bit tight sometimes!"
