「resturants near by are fast food or mediocre, except Caribou Coffee in Lobby which is comparable to Starbucks (Don't have Caribou where we live). ..better to go over to Grand Kahler for meals. Gave 4 on Area around Hotel averaging 3 to shops surrounding hotel but 5 because its just across the street to Gonda bldg at Mayo, where all my appts were.」
「This was our first stay but definitely won’t be our last. The staff was very professional and courteous us our entire stay! The room was spacious and very clean! It was a pleasant stay!」
「A wonderful pet-friendly hotel. We had adjoining rooms which gave us the family space needed. Everyone we met on staff were friendly and helpful. Only issue was a guest had tracked in clay or something and while it was cleaned up on the first floor, it never did get fully cleaned on the second floor in the 2 days we stayed, even with cleaning staff standing right next to the mess.」
