Room is amazing, topped off only by the views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House. Room service laksa was ridiculously good, and I have a Malaysian background. "I had a lovely stay in Balmoral Beach. An easy stroll down to the the Beach, great coffee and restaurants nearby and transport from the area was easy. I would recommend to others who prefer this side of Sydney."

"The property was lovely and peaceful with beautiful views over the harbour. The buffet breakfast and hotel amenities like the waterside bar and cafe were also nice. The shuttle service was also handy. We booked 2 king bedrooms. The rooms were clean but quite basic. Unfortunately one of the rooms we were allocated (even though they were the same price) was located at the back of building looking into a hill and was very dark. A noisy electricity box was located outside this room which kept us awake during the night."

"Noisy rooms, with the noise of the pub getting into our room. Double glazing would help -- I expected more, given the tariff I paid. Note that you're coming here purely for the location. The hotel is nice, but it's not a bargain, nor even good value."
