"No pool, hotel in disrepair. Almost got locked in bathroom due to screw missing, door damage, refrigerator door wouldn’t close due to freezer defrosting so much ice. Charged me for night even though they knew I had double booked. Stayed a week only because it was for a family visit. Manager seems to be more about pleasing owner than guests. "
