"We booked the suite room in this family run Château. We came away without the children for a weekend of peace & quiet but the family have children and a baby, the baby cried during the day and in the evening we heard a lot of banging on the floor above our room. It’s not pleasant if you want time away from kids. "Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day.
