Venez séjourner dans ce gîte entièrement restauré dans une grange de ferme rénovée du 18ème siècle sur une vaste propriété, au cœur du Lot-et-Garonne.
Vous pourrez profiter d'un bel espace extérieur avec un jardin privatif non clos de 2500m et d'un terrasse couverte d’environ 30m² devant une grande piscine privée.

Ce gîte est entièrement équipé pour un séjour en toute tranquillité.
A votre disposition à l'extérieur : un barbecue et une plancha, un salon de jardin, un espace détente abrité, un boulodrome, un lac privé pour la pêche : gougeons et gardons en no kill.

Lors de votre séjour, partez à la découverte de la ville de Marmande ou de Couthures-sur-Marmande pour vous imprégner d'endroits lot-et-garonnais. Profitez du festival Garorock ou encore des visites culturels au château de Duras ou de Bonaguil. Faites une virée à Casteljaloux et son lac ou sur Agen au espace Walygator et Aqualand.

Le gîte est composé d'un rez-de-chaussée comprenant un grand espace de vie ouvert avec salon, séjour et cuisine, deux chambres (une avec un lit double en 160cm et une avec deux lits simples en 90cm), une salle de bain et un wc indépendant, ainsi qu'un garage.
Et d'un étage comprenant deux chambres (une avec un lit double en 140cm et une avec deux lits simples en 90cm), une salle d'eau, un petit salon sur la mezzanine et un wc indépendant.

A savoir pour votre arrivée :

- Une caution de 200€ sera à remettre au propriétaire à votre arrivée.
