「The nicest staff ever」

「Location, room, amenities, views, and food were great! If you are looking for great customer service, this is not the place. We had dinner, drinks, and breakfast there. Dinner Service and drinks was better than breakfast. Breakfast was slow and just ok. We felt like a bother. The wait Staff sat around and talked. My husband asked for more coffee and the waitress gave him attitude. It could be because she wasn’t our waitress because ours was too busy sitting at the bar drinking her coffee. We...

「This place decided to charge us for allegedly leaving a stain on a table. No proof, no photo provided. We checked in 4/14 around 6pm, went to dinner, came home slept and checked out 4/15 at 7am. The property message me 4/17 about a stain on a table they couldnt remove, I asked for proof and they stated they have no way to show me. Then charged my card. We are very responsible and honest adults so if something was damaged, we would take full responsibility for it. This is not ok. 」

They move us to another room, This time give us the King bed. Take a shower and floor of the room beging to have water. Need to put towel in the floor.
