"The entire staff at this property were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Check-in process was a bit slow, but the staff was helpful throughout. The lobby bar seemed to be a bit understaffed for the amount of guests at the hotel, but no real qualms there since there are plenty of bars around the property. I wish they had bottled water in the rooms, but you can request them via room service. The food and drinks were great, but it could be tricky to get reservations, so book in advance! They had several pools, including one for the kiddos, with fun activities for people of all ages throughout the day and night. Overall great experience and would come back again with my family!"

"Honestly I loved staying here. Such a nice place with friendly staff. If I needed anything they were right on it! Our ac wasn’t working when we got there & they fixed it in a timely manner and were super friendly about it. They have clean pools & just overall great amenities. COME HERE you won’t regret it!!"

"This place has so much to do for the kids from rock climbing, ziplining(9:30-10:30am), water slides, soccer, basketball, game room , mini putt etc. They even thought of the adults. You could have your own time without the kids if you left them in the care of the staff at the kids pool/area. They had an adults only pool too! The entertainment crew are all beyond amazing!! This place was clean and the service was great. "

"It is 40-45mins away from airport and Hotel Zone, but easy to grab a taxi or Uber. Walking distance to Ultramar Carga Ferry which you can ride to Isla Mujeres. Dock for the Jolly Rogers was also nearby. Palmita Market has snacks, souvenirs, and medicines you need in case, but GoMart is walking distance outside the property. The resort is very clean, cleaners are everywhere doing amazing job. Actually everyone in the resort were amazing, if I can name everyone I will. You can visit the Garza Blanca their sister resort. My kids enjoyed the free carousel ride every night. Kids Club also is great, they have different activities each day, 10AM-4PM, sadly, not lots of kids utilizes this area. There are also day and night programs everyday, we loved the magic show in Tierra Luna, unfortunately, we were not able to participate in Casino night. All the activities are in their website. We did not go to the Spa (not a fan of massages) but they also offer nail services. Concierge was very helpful and informative when we wanted to go out of the resort. We were able to try all the restaurants (reservation is a must) when we were there and even room service. There are lots of options even if someone in your party is a picky eater. Our room was wonderful and well-maintained and cleaned everyday. As oppose to others,wifi was ok everywhere in the resort.Only downside is some of the sargussum in the beach,but they try to clean it throughout the day, was able to enjoy it still. Great job! "
