The place was nice the location was good for the area the pool needed to be cleaned a little better

The place was pretty clean except for the pool needed to be cleaned and taken care of a little better other than that the place was nice and we would stay there again

Great spacious home with enclosed pool. Could have used proper blinds in Master due to being on a main room with lots of traffic.

Could use a little TLC

Some of the furniture needs to be replaced as it was almost impossible to sit on in the living room Specifically the loveseat But the owner was extremely responsive to any and all our issues would stay here again on our next trip down for sure

Close option for Punta Gorda overflow

Family from across the nation came together for a 90th birthday party for my grandfather. This location was perfect for being close enough to enjoy spending time with family. I brought my dogs along and there was plenty of room for them to move around the house….and enough yard to get them out for their routine. I would (and have) recommend this rental for others who stay in the area. Only drawback is the limit of 2 cars for parking. Otherwise, great location, great price, great amenities and very clean.

Getaway

I stayed with my sister, and sister in law with our kids. The house was great! We had a baby and toddler and we didn’t have to worry about anything being broken. House was cleaned very well. Garbage disposal didn’t work - but we didn’t care much on that since none of us own one 😂. Also, the pool light didn’t work at night, but that didn’t ruin the night swimming for kids and/or adults. The owner was amazing, answered all questions quickly and was extremely nice. I hope to go back on day.
