"Well, I arrived late and the one who received me was a little angry, and the hotel only in my opinion would need a little more maintenance work, but anyway I put 5 stars because the experience was not so bad and breakfast is so good."

"I was expecting something a little bit more modern and updated and so my review is impacted by my impression that the hotel is due for a makeover. The electrical sockets were awkward and too few (so we needed to boil our water in the bathroom with the cord stretched over the sink) and the couch in our suite was old and a bit lumpy. We were asked to pay for our two pods of coffee each day which seemed odd to me, and a staff member eventually refunded the charges which I appreciate. We were given a 25% discount coupon to use in the hotel restaurant but it couldn't be used for our breakfast, which is the one meal we would have been able to eat at the hotel given our day trips. The hotel is in a lovely location, lots of nice restaurants close by, and back in the day I am certain it was a lovely and luxurious place to stay. It needs a nice update - and we felt safe and secure and overall it was a nice stay."

"Where to begin… the staff, especially the young man that spoke English well was super helpful and nice. We booked a room on hotels.com and we’re only looking for places that included breakfast. When we were checking in, we were told that breakfast was not included and we showed the person the website that stated all rooms included breakfast, since nothing was mentioned on the reservation. He took a photo of the info we provided. The following morning we had breakfast and it included eggs cooked the way you wanted along with breads and fruits. it was pretty good. When leaving the manager called us over and said it wasn’t included and that we will have to pay approx $20 per person. After going back and forth with him, he agreed to comp it, but we would be charge all subsequent breakfasts. Well that was the last time we ate there. We were able to dine elsewhere for less. The other major issue we had was with the room. Be aware of the listed square feet of the room. We were really surprised how tiny the room was. Thay we can deal with, the issue was with cleanliness. Someone last year posted pics of mold, thuck dust with hair and filthy showers, well thay must have been the room ww received, because it looked the same but worse. The hotel needs to update towels and sheets, everything was a dingy brown and should have been white. Wifi was fine. "

"I never had a chance to make it to the balcony. Breakfast was always good. The front desk attendants were exceptional and approachable. Walter, Ezekiel and Paul were real cool dudes 12/10 (emphasized) would be how I would grade them...I would recommend this property to my friends. "

"The staff was great. The breakfast was ok. The room was small and HOT. We set the A/C to a comfortable temperature, but it didnt work. We had to open a window overnight."
