Lack of host communication

I was charged for the stay. When I arrived I could not get in to the the property. And I had to reserve last minute almost midnight; and stay to a different location. No phone to contact the host. The only way of contact is thru the vrbo app. By the time she responded I already booked in another location.
Stayed 2 nights in Nov 2024
