The condo is beautiful, spacious, fully furnished, cozy and private located at the Cana Rock Star condominium in Bavaro-Punta Cana, which is one of the most exclusive real estate developments located in the Cana Bay Resort, at the Hard Rock Golf Complex with controlled access for the safety of our guests.

The Condo is nicely decorated and located in the fourth floor. It has a nice balcony overviewing the golf course and allows you to enjoy wonderful views and beautiful sunsets, a large infinity pool and the Cana Bay Golf & Country Club.

The condo has everything you need to make your stay more relaxing with everything so that you feel as comfortable as at home, with access for people with disabilities, elevator, 24-hour security, free parking, access Smart lock, free and fast WiFi. It’s ideal for family trips, couples or business tourism.

The Bedrooms:
-Air conditioning and fan in all bedroom and living -dining room.
-Bedroom 1-Master bedroom : queen size bed, air conditioning, fan, flat screen /smart TV, en-suite bathroom with glass - enclosed shower and access to the large balcony.
-Bedroom 2: queen size bed, air conditioning, fan, flat screen /smart TV, shared bathroom.

-The kitchen is fully equipped: utensils, stainless steel appliances, electric coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, kitchenware and tableware.

-Upon your arrival we provide a welcome complimentary amenities and toiletries. (coffee, sugar, detergent to wash the dishes, toilet paper, gel, conditioner and shampoo). Linens and bath and beach towels included.

We provide towels to use on the beach, for the bathroom, rugs. However should you be interested in daily housekeeping from a third-party on site, This will be an additional cost $ to you.

Apartment Policies:

-Our guests can receive visitors (up to the capacity of each apartment, which is a maximum of 4 people including the guests who booked), they must notify us 24 hours a day and send identification (ID) of the people who will visit you.

-We advise you to RENT a CAR.🚗 Accessibility to Cana Rock requires: a Private vehicle, UBER or TAXIS.

- The residential area is very safe and quiet, it is also a very large area so we recommend renting a golf cart to move from one place to another within the residential area, or renting a vehicle in case you want to go out and explore the area.

- If you want to explore, get to know and live the Bávaro-Punta Cana experience to the fullest:
-Downtown -Playa Bavaro area about 15-20 minutes driving.
-Coco Bongo Disco is 15-20 minutes away. (additional cost$)
-Punta Cana Airport is located just 20-25 minutes away.
-Shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants about 10-20 minutes driving.
-Medical center is at 8 -10 minutes driving.
-Public beaches (FREE) like Macao, Playa Arena Gorda -15-20 minutes away.

-If you don’t rent a car, there is transportation (for a small fee $ ) inside the complex, with scheduled hours to be able to move from the condominium to the restaurants, the beach club, the Casino or the Hard Rock Punta cana Hotel.

****ELECTRICITY is not included in the price, the minimum daily consumption is $18.00 USD per day which you must pay UPON CHECK IN or during your stay.

- Public beaches (FREE) like Macao, Playa Arena Gorda -15-20 minutes away.

-Residential Beach Club- (additional cost $): The residential has one of the best beach clubs with a private beach. As a guest, you will have access to the most beautiful white sand beach, “Arena Gorda beach”and to one of the most exclusive private beach club and restaurant in the area. The private beach club is only 2 -3 minutes driving and about 20 minutes walking, within the complex. You can enjoy a bar, restaurant, infinity pool with sea view, umbrellas and sun loungers.
- There is a consumable additional cost x person( US$35 USD per person and US$10 USD per children from 4 years to 12 years ).The money is not lost since it is used for drinks and meals at the beach within the restaurant that is right in front of the sea. (Arena Gorda Beach is not a private beach).
-This exclusive Beach Club is only for clients of Cana Bay with a private infinity pool, restaurant, panoramic terrace, beach chairs, tables, furniture, changing tables, shower and library for special events. WE PROVIDE YOU BEACH TOWELS.

- Our apartment is located within the territory of the spectacular Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana. Access to the Hard Rock hotel, golf, restaurants, casino bars, disco, has an extra charge and you pay them directly at the establishment.

-GOLF CLUB (request access 24h before) (additional cost $). As a guest, You can enjoy one of the most prestigious golf courses in the area, tennis court and racquetball. The Hard Rock Golf Club at Cana Bay hosts 18 holes of championship golf designed by Nicklaus Golf with breathtaking Dominican landscapes. We remind you that the golf course is the private property of the Hard Rock Hotel and in order to use said space, you must go through the hotel and pay the corresponding costs.

-You can spend a day and night passes at Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana ( additional cost $) enjoying the facilities of the most complete hotel in Punta Cana, including the Casino, restaurants and ORO Disco.
