Our guests have access to the common area with a pool, jacuzzi, bar area, room with natural air conditioning, play area, BBQ area with refrigerator and Microwave, mini playground, and parking.
Other things to note
USE OF ELECTRICITY: Electricity included in the reservation of 25 kWhs per night (If consumption exceeds at the time of check-out, there is an additional cost of 0.60 USD for each kWh) to be paid in cash to the host or through a payment request from Airbnb.

GATE KEY: You will find at the property a magnetic card white card key for the Gate to go out and access at any time. It is important to keep it in a safe place with you. In case of lost you must pay 120 us for this card. Payment can be done CASH to the host or by an AIRBNB PAYMENT REQUEST.

COMMUNITY FEE: 5 us per stay included in the reservation total amount for the common areas use (Pool, BBQ, Microwave, parking, Bar area, Refrigerator)
