Villa Soluna, with construction completed in July 2025, is designed for privacy, elegance, and comfort. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire villa, which includes:

- 6 professionally-designed bedrooms, each with plush mattresses, fine cotton sateen linens, ensuite bathrooms, and walk-in closets;

- 8 bathrooms total, stocked with hotel-grade towels, premium hand soap, body lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner;

- 2 gourmet kitchens, including a chef’s kitchen ideal for preparing for private dining experiences or catered events;

- A spacious dining room with a crystal dining table and seating for 12 - perfect for hosting retreats, intimate celebrations, or family gatherings;

- A modern, yet comfortable living room, equipped with an LG 85` Smart AI TV with JBL Bluetooth speaker system to maximize your personal entertainment or work presentation needs;

- A Master Suite with two private terraces for enjoying your morning coffee whilst watching the sunrise, or simply enjoying an intimate moment during sunset;

- A private, saltwater, infinity pool, positioned to catch the sunrise and ocean breeze, surrounded by palm trees and open skies;

- An outdoor terrace with BBQ, dining table, and lounge area for your entertainment needs;

- A golf bag stand for storing and organizing your golf gear when you’re off the course;

- A multi-purpose games table for playing air-hockey and table tennis;

TRANSIT TIMES

There is no public transportation system available in Cap Capa. Uber is available but limited during evening hours. We highly recommend renting a vehicle from Punta Cana International Airport, or preferably, hiring a private driver or golf cart to enhance your experience during the length of your stay. The estimated driving times to/from Villa Soluna are as follows:

- Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ): 15–20 minutes
- Cap Cana Marina: 10–12 minutes
- El Dorado Waterpark: 8-10 minutes
- Los Establos: 8–10 minutes
- Api Beach Club: 8–10 minutes
- Scape Park: 6–8 minutes
- Juanillo Beach: 5–7 minutes
- Tennis Village: 5-7 minutes
- Punta Espada: 3–5 minutes

These times may vary slightly depending on traffic and time of day, but Cap Cana’s layout makes Villa Soluna incredibly convenient for exploring the area.

PROPERTY NOTES

Full-Time Staff Included: Villa Soluna comes with a dedicated housekeeper to ensure your stay is seamless. Our housekeeper maintains the property, providing daily room cleaning and laundry services. She and is available to prepare breakfast, coffee or tea (groceries not included).

Optional Services: Private Chef, Butler and Driver services are available upon request, based on availability. Please inquire in advance to arrange customized dining or transportation experiences.

Saltwater Infinity Pool: The pool is not heated and uses a gentle saltwater system, offering a more natural and skin-friendly alternative to chlorine.

Gated Enclave Access: Villa Soluna is located in a secure, gated community. Entry instructions and access codes will be provided prior to arrival.

Events & Gatherings: Intimate celebrations are welcome with prior approval. Please contact us in advance if you plan to host a retreat, wedding, or special event.

Children: Infants are welcome by making a special request.

Quiet Hours: To preserve the tranquility of the area, we ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Pets: We love animals, but Villa Soluna is NOT pet-friendly at this time.

HOUSE RULES

We’re honored to host you in our sanctuary of luxury and tranquility. To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all, please review the following House Rules:

- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- No pets allowed
- No smoking inside the villa
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property
- No unauthorized parties or events without prior approval
- Trash and recycling should be placed in designated bins
- Furniture and décor must remain in place and be treated with care
- Children under the age of 12 require adult supervision in the outdoor, private pool.
- Daily housekeeping is included; please respect staff schedules and personal boundaries
- No illicit drugs, prostitution, or illegal activity of any kind is permitted on the premises
- Contact us for any issues or special requests.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation, additional fees, and reporting to the appropriate authorities. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the integrity and elegance of Villa Soluna.

POOL RULES

To ensure safety, comfort, and enjoyment for all guests, please observe the following pool rules:

- Pool Hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- No glassware in the pool area
- No food or smoking inside the pool
- No diving, running, or rough play in or around the pool
- Shower before entering to help maintain water quality
- Music is welcome, but please keep volume respectful during quiet hours
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult in the pool area at all times
- Use of the pool is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty and use of the pool assumes you are responsible for your own safety.

The salt-water, infinity pool is one of Villa Soluna’s most cherished features. Help us keep it pristine and peaceful for all guests to enjoy.

CODE OF CONDUCT

We ask all guests to uphold the following codes of conduct during their stay:

- Respect the property: Treat Villa Soluna as you would your own home
- Respect others: Be courteous to neighbors, staff, and fellow guests
- Respect the law: Comply with all local laws and regulations during your stay
- Respect the environment: Conserve energy and water, and dispose of waste responsibly
- Respect boundaries: Avoid entering staff-only areas, including the Chef’s Kitchen and Service Quarters, or tampering with security/surveillance systems.
