"The hotel is excellent. You can also visit the neighboring hotel, which has beautiful cenote-style pools. The service is outstanding, and the restaurants are very good. The only one we didn’t enjoy was the Italian restaurant; all the others were great. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for a family vacation with kids."
