Great place to stay while visiting Punta Cana, restaurants and downtown are super close. The condo is really clean and comfortable, the infinity pool is amazing, it wraps around the whole property! I would highly recommend staying here! We loved it!

Rock condos; Very quiet and super safe. Clean complex. I noticed construction in the community I recommend to rent a car or call uber to move around.. They have Uber eats. Food around, there is too spency.. Go to the supermarket and get what you need.. You want to dine out; i recommend you go to Bella napoli pizzeria or pizza Dolce italia, fresh and delicious. At the Beach club breakfast has reasonable prices; much better than las ventanas restaurant.. Cana bay Beach was very nice and clean, beautiful; but be careful current is very strong and dangerous. Beach is Not for kids. Be careful... Love the place...

Loved the apartment and the area, very safe with security, but security didn’t have the correct reservation information and were giving us a hard time. So make sure you contact the renters and make sure they email or communicate with the Hard Rock security.

We had such an unpleasant experience with our stay. There was ZERO communication at the property. There was no property manager on site to let us know about the transportation. We had to walk or get Ubers to go anywhere although there were gulf carts available to rent that we had no clue about. No one at the property knew how to help. We got to our first condo and the sheets were dirty, the appliances and dishes were dirty, and the AC unit broke the next day so we had to get moved to another Condo. That condo had dirty sheets, roaches, the AC was leaking water into the floor, and the fan in my room was literally hanging on by a wire. We were leaving the next day so we stuck it out, but man I WOULD NOT recommend anyone here. The only good thing about it was the pool area. The area is not convenient - you have to rent a car to get anywhere. I know sometimes we want to save a little cash on a trip, but because of this experience, I will definitely get all- inclusive at a resort next time. If you do consider this place, please do your research.

We stayed in cana rock star, the room was great. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom on the second floor over looking the infinity pool. Just down from the pool bar. Cana bay beach club, you pay to get in. 35 per person on the weekend, 15 per person through the week. That money is not lost, you get a receipt, and just spend it in drinks or food at the beach club. Beautiful beach, private, and not over crowded, with an infinity pool and nice clean bathrooms.

L’hôtel est moyen. L’appartement est bien, mais le problème, c’est qu’il n’y a pas d’accès à la plage. Et pour y accéder, il faut payer. C’est un peu chiant, mais dans l’ensemble, ça va.

Todo bien, las habitaciones limpias, algunas cosa minimas que mejorar. El Sr. Ronny estuvo pendiente a cualquier pregunta, probablemente volveremos. Buena opción para descansar en bavaro. Punta cana.

Me parecio bien que tenía una terraza en el techo amueblada. No me gustó que una de las puertas del baño no cerraba con seguro, el mueble de la sala el espaldar está en mal estado, se fue la luz por una hora.
