"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What made the experience truly special was the outstanding service from Omar and Christian. Both were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their hospitality made me feel welcome and valued. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again."

"Great atmosphere and great helpful staff. I enjoyed the entire time from start to finish. The spa was amazing and food was pretty good as well. Juan was a big help with all the questions we had on navigating around the resort. Our golf cart guy, Caleb was awesome as well. We will be back soon!"

"This is my fourth or fifth time at this property and I continue to love it. The staff is amazing the food is great, and the property immaculate. There were a few issues. I didn’t get hot water consistently for the first three days of my trip. I stayed in tower 7. Also again there were red flags on the beach. I had to walk much further down to go swimming. It’s not the resort’s fault I guess it’s the time of year like last year. Hopefully it’s not red flags all year round. Thank you."

"Durante nuestra estadía, la habitación tenía problemas con el aire acondicionado. El personal del hotel ya tenía conocimiento de la situación, pero cada vez que reclamábamos nos indicaban que iban a revisarlo y no se solucionaba nada, aparentemente solo para ganar tiempo. Pasamos una noche completa sin aire acondicionado. La siguiente noche la situación se volvió insoportable por el calor, y después de insistir varias veces finalmente lograron cambiarnos de habitación a las 12 de la noche. Consideramos que hubo una falta de atención y de respuesta adecuada, ya que sabían del problema y no actuaron a tiempo, afectando nuestro descanso y la calidad de nuestra estadía"

"It's a very clean resort, the spa is great and it felt very luxurious. My only issue is that after a week I got a stomach bug pretty bad. There also wasnt much of a night life if that's what your looking for but besides that I had a great time!"
